Can I connect my mailbox?
Yes: Gmail via OAuth or any provider via IMAP/SMTP. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
Is each client's data separated?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated at the database level with Row Level Security: one workspace can't read another's data.
Is there a desktop app?
Yes, besides the web version there's a desktop app (Electron) for Mac, Windows and Linux.
